Rental Rates
This 4-bedroom oceanfront home is available for rent from
May through late-June and after Labor Day (the home is unavailable late June through August). The home is rented on a weekly basis, Wednesday to Wednesday, for $2,700.00 per week or for a partial week, Thursday to Monday, for $2,200.00 per partial week.
The rental rate includes utilities such as gas, electricity and trash removal.
Check-In time is 3:00 p.m. and Checkout time is 10:00 a.m.
Security Deposit
A $500.00 security/damage deposit is required. Any damage or cleaning fee shall not be limited to amount of security. Landlord will submit an itemized list of any damage caused by tenant and return security, less damages, within 15 days after departure.
Check-Out
Tenant shall leave property thoroughly cleaned and vacuumed upon departure.
Phone Service
Phone service is limited to local service. All long distance calls must be charged to a credit card.
Pets
No pets are allowed.
Accommodations
The home can accommodate a maximum of 7 people and 3 vehicles and is furnished with 1 Queen, 1
Double and 3 Twin Beds. Pillows and Bedspreads are provided. However,
tenant must provide his or her own sheets, towels and extra blankets.

Functions
The tenant understands that the home is part of a neighborhood, and therefore; parties are not permitted. The tenant further agrees that their occupancy and use of the premises shall not be such as to disturb or offend neighbors or residents. The landlord reserves the right to ask disruptive guests to vacate the premises.
Contracts and Deposits
A 50% deposit on the home, as well as the $500 security deposit, is required along with a signed contract to guarantee the reservation. The final 50% payment is due 2-weeks prior to check-in.
